About the Villa
Accommodations
The main house offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, easily accommodating 6 guests. The attached annex adds a fourth bedroom and bathroom of its own, ideal for parents, grandparents, or anyone who values a little extra privacy. Together with a sofa sleeper on the ground floor of the annex, Villa Prosecco comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.
Kitchen & Dining
The main house features a large, eat-in gourmet kitchen and an open-plan dining room that seats 8. Just off the kitchen, a covered terrace offers a second dining table, also seating 8, for true indoor-outdoor entertaining. Between the two spaces, up to 16 guests can sit down to dinner together. The annex has its own full-service eat-in kitchen, giving guests staying there complete independence when they want it.
Work & Connectivity
Both the main house and the annex include dedicated office spaces and high-speed Wi-Fi, making Villa Prosecco just as suited to remote work and corporate gatherings as it is to a family holiday. An EV charging station is also available on-site.
Outside, the villa opens onto a large swimming pool, a private sauna, a lounge deck with multiple chaise lounges, and multiple terraces and lawn spaces for relaxing, fitness, wellness, or entertaining. An outdoor grill sits just off the kitchen for easy al fresco meals, and private parking is available on-site for guests.

Sauna guide
Split a few small pieces of dry wood, clean out excess ash from the stove, light the fire with kindling, and let the sauna heat slowly for 1.5–2 hours, adding small logs as needed to maintain a steady fire. Once it has reached a comfortable temperature 70 deg C , relax and enjoy your sauna, allowing the fire to burn out naturally afterwards.
